In order to satisfy our customer aims and needs, we continuously invest in research and development for innovate our machines and products. We are now pleased to launch for the INDEX17, Geneva, April 4th-7th, the new festest fully automatic cotton pad machines for cutting and filling into polybags. We will also present at INDEX17 the new prototype of fully automatic machine for the production of cotton pads, equipped with rotary cutting press for the production of square or rectangular cotton pads without waste. Our machine will be able to impress custom patterns on the surface of the cotton pads “in phase” for special pads with your logo or your customer’s logo. in A.C.M. Engineering we have also developed for our customers a new special feeder for the merging of the cotton web rolls. This feeder is suitable for all the machine for the production of cotton pads; it is designed to save the time for the change of the cotton rolls, allowing more productivity. With our device is possible to connect the cotton web rolls without tape or others adhesives; this system allow to eliminate the risk to find them into the final product or in the recycle process.
